Jawad Aslam
Chief Executive Officer
Jawad has over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors in the United States and Pakistan, with nearly a decade focused on affordable housing for low-income communities. After beginning his career in high-end real estate in Washington, DC, he moved to Pakistan and worked with renowned urban planner Tasneem Siddiqui on the Khuda Ki Basti model.
After spending a year as a Global Acumen Fellow, he later founded Ansaar Management Company (AMC), where he has led the development of thousands of homes for lower-income families while attracting international investors and demonstrating the commercial viability of affordable housing. Along with sitting on the board of AMC, Jawad sits on the Global Advisory Board of Acumen as well as the board of Amal Academy.
Naeem Aslam
Chief Operating Officer
Naeem is an Electrical Engineering graduate with over 30 years of experience in project management across the US, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. Currently COO of Ansaar Management Company, he has also worked as a Network Architect and senior IT consultant for government and enterprise clients, bringing a hands-on approach to project delivery, solutions architecture, and team leadership.
Khalid Mansoor
Independent Chairman
A Chemical Engineering graduate with distinction, Mr. Manzoor has been CEO of Hubco, Pakistan’s largest Independent Power Producer, since 2013, overseeing 10% of the country’s electricity and projects exceeding US$3.5 billion. He has chaired Laraib and Narowal Energy, and directed Thar Energy.
He previously led Engro Group companies, served as OICCI President in 2017, and CEO of Algeria Oman Fertilizer Company. He is currently a Director at Unilever Pakistan, National Bank of Pakistan, and an independent advisor to Jazz Pakistan.
Jamshaid Riaz Cheema
Head of Sales & Community Development
Jamshaid brings 13 years of managerial experience in real estate, covering project management, land records, and government relations. He has also led community development initiatives that have positively impacted local communities.
Abid Mahmood
CFO
17 years of experience in financial management, business strategy and corporate finance across various sectors.
